I was very impressed with how EverSafe handled my move. Jay and Mike in the office were very professional, helpful and informative with estimating and coordination, and the moving crew of Drew, Fred and Joe was the best I've ever dealt with. They were punctual, extremely efficient, wrapped and handled all items with care, and acted in a pleasant, polite and professional manner. They handled a difficult and tricky task of transporting a heavy china cabinet up a narrow stairway with a switchback to the second floor with no issues. These guys know what they're doing!!! I'd highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call next time I need a moving company.

This was such an easy move from start to finish. The initial intake process was great where everything was thoroughly reviewed. The move was quick with both movers taking great care, even removing the base of an adjustable mattress to bring upstairs. It was quoted reasonably. Would highly recommend!

Fred and Matt are terrific! They are so professional, accommodating, thorough, careful and friendly. They did a fabulous job, attention to detail was amazing, they did everything I asked them to do and more. The job came in under the estimated amount which was an added plus. From start to finish this moving experience exceeded my expectations. The quoting process was remarkably thorough. My two movers for Fred and Drew. They arrived a few minutes early, were very professional and extremely efficient throughout the moving process. Everything got there in one piece and the move in time took less time than quoted (partially due to overstating everything if I had on the quote but also due to the speed of the movers). As a result my final price was well below my quote. 10/10 - would recommend

EverSafe Moving Co was professional and efficient from the first contact I made with them. They responded to my quote request quickly and they answered all my questions with respect and attention. Their excellent reviews and competitive cost were factors in choosing EverSafe for my local move. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 was because they never contacted me according to this policy in their quote:
"Confirmation of your move: We will call you the business day before your move to confirm everything is on schedule. We must make contact with you to continue the move on the agreed date"
I did not receive a call and did not get a response to my email or phone call asking for confirmation (it was over the weekend, to be fair) so I was unsure of the time/date confirmation until 2 hours before the scheduled move. I got a bit nervous until the truck arrived.
However, the truck showed up early and Christian and Drew started working immediately. They did a great job and wrapped all the furniture with care. It was above and beyond what I expected. They finished under the expected time and under the quoted price. I really appreciated their effort and attention to detail. I would highly recommend EverSafe and will use them again in the future, if needed.

These guys were great. The quote and scheduling process was a breeze. Was able to get a move scheduled without much advanced notice. The guys that showed up for the move were absolute gentlemen and hard workers. My move was more than expected and over an hour away but the team absolutely crushed it and still met the quoted time. I got my quote and questions all from Mike and he was very helpful and patient even with me calling him 20 different times with changes. Worked with Fred to move from Philadelphia to Collegeville. Had them move most of our heavy boxes and big furniture. They did an amazing job. They did scuff a wall with the bed but gave a discount for that scuff even thought we didn’t ask for it which was nice. The whole crew was amazing, friendly, and very polite. Came in almost $400 less than the quote which was the best news. Will definitely give them a call next time we move.

Joe and Drew were fantastic from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. We started with a walk-through to confirm all the items then they got to work carefully wrapping everything to protect it during the move. They also removed hardware and shelves from my furniture and kept them safely stored for transport.

At one point, it honestly sounded like a "wrap battle." They were so in sync, wrapping items in separate rooms simultaneously. They were both good, so no clear winner.

I had a couple of especially heavy pieces and they handled them with ease, downplaying the difficulty without ever compromising on care. They were thoughtful in how they navigated tight corners and spaces. One large cabinet seemed like it might not fit into the basement, but with skill and teamwork, they made it happen.

They also offered helpful advice for shimming a wardrobe on an uneven floor at my new place. Once everything was unloaded, they reassembled shelves, returned all hardware to its proper place, and removed every bit of packing material. I ended up with fewer boxes than expected, so the final cost came in under the original estimate.

This was my first move without my dad, who was a mover himself and had always helped me before. He passed shortly after my last move, and I was a little anxious about hiring movers for the first time. But I know he would have been proud of the care and professionalism Joe and Drew brought to the job. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and would absolutely recommend EverSafe to anyone looking for a reliable, respectful, and efficient moving team.

I used EverSafe for 2 moves. I came to them again because I was completely satisfied with the first move. For this move, Alex and Rolando showed up right on time, explained the process and paperwork so any questions could be addressed before the work began. I was moving in a high-rise, and an elevator was down, which meant they had to share the freight elevator rather than it being 100% dedicated as originally planned. They worked well with the building staff and managed to still complete the job in less time than the estimate. (Both of my moves came in below estimate.) Courteous and friendly, always responding to my questions and making sure they understood where items should be placed so I could unpack efficiently. Absolutely no problems throughout the move or afterward as I unpacked. Nothing damaged or broken. Satisfied customer.
Separate from the move itself, I appreciated the quote process and the continued communication right up to the day before phone call and call from Alex/Rolando when they were on their way.

We had such an incredible experience with EverSafe - they made moving feel totally easy and had every detail covered. Even a super narrow and treacherous carpeted staircase was no match for Quinn and Fred. They successfully navigated a dresser, massive desk, and 200+lb sofa up the stairs and without a scratch or dent to be seen anywhere. It was honestly a dream from start to finish, including the super accurate quote and unreal speed with which they got the job done. Can’t recommend enough!

We recently completed our second move with EverSafe Moving and had another fantastic experience. Our foreman, Joe, was outstanding — extremely diligent, knowledgeable, and considerate throughout the entire process. He took the time to ask thoughtful questions, including whether we wanted our different sets of kosher plates and silverware packed separately, showing great attention to detail and cultural sensitivity.

The rest of the moving team was equally impressive. Out of 86 boxes and a significant amount of furniture, only one wine glass was broken — and EverSafe compensated us for it immediately, no questions asked.

Today the movers, Alex and Christian arrived when they were scheduled to and really took care with wrapping everything and moving it all. They treated this job like it was their own furniture they were moving . They were wonderful to work with and truly are the best!

The job took less time than was quoted, so this job came in quite a bit cheaper. I appreciate that EverSafe is honest and fair with their pricing. Alex and Christian worked efficiently as a team and did not waste any time.

I have now used EverSafe on 4 separate occasions:
1. Public Storage to House
2. House to Apartment
3. Apartment to New House
4. New House to EverSafe's Storage

I have moved cross country multiple times in the last 10+ years, and after using other companies, I can confidently say that EverSafe is the best there is. They are extremely diligent in making sure they plan properly for the move ahead, in terms of securing the right amount of trucks and labor they need to have available for your move, but also in forecasting how much you should be prepared to pay for your move. Oh, and if you are worried you might get it wrong and be overcharged? Have no fear because they will adjust how much you owe after the move is completed to make sure you are never paying too much. In our plan, I had a "3 bedroom house" worth of stuff that we planned to move/store (which included 150 boxes), and between scheduling and the actual move, I got rid of a lot of stuff that I didn't need anymore, and on move day, there were only 85 boxes. The next day, they called me to adjust the final cost for the move. It was significant, so I really appreciate that I didn't need to call and ask for any money back. They made sure I only paid for what I got.

This time around, I also used EverSafe as my storage, rather than having them take my stuff to a public storage facility. This was 100% the right move. Firstly, my stuff is safer and more secure, and everything is climate controlled. Secondly, the process on move day was so easy. After they packed up the truck, that was it. I was done. I didn't need to meet them at the unit to unlock it and waste everyone's time having them load in. I also didn't have to deal with the scammy vibe of the public storage facilities. Sure they give you 50% off your first month or two, but they might update the pricing along the way and now youre being charged way more. With EverSafe, they don't give you a discount up front, but they never change the pricing, and you can relax knowing that your stuff is good to go until you need them to deliver it to the next place, whether its 1 month, 6 months or even a couple of years.

I really cannot say enough about this company. My stuff is precious to me, and I feel super comfortable knowing that EverSafe has everything under control. I hate moving, so I hope I never have to use them again, HOWEVER, I know that if I have to, I'll be good to go with EverSafe.

Welll what can i say about ever safe number one they do move in a fast pace so if your like me an have medical issues like fibro and being a cancer survivor you know we dont move that quickly their compassion for my disability was non existentexcept for one gentleman who took the time to apologize for his co worker who bump into me so hard my knee hit the wall.. Not even the guy who bumped me apologize but his co worker did for him they left without putting my mirror back on my bureau they took my two bed parts and mixed up all they screws to both making it nearly impossible to put them back together again and cause damages I'mat my other property and i took pics and shown it to them they deny it was them claiming it probably was already there no it was not but ok never again there weren't any damages at the other home i tryed calling to speak to the owner and never got a reply left messages and nothing so disappointed but again eversafe is not very safe at all it seems all they care about is that fat pay check !

I recently used EverSafe Moving to make a small move within the same apartment complex, and I was very impressed with the company from the beginning! All contact with the main office staff and movers was professional, courteous, and helpful. The estimate was given within the hour, which was detailed and very informative. The moving staff carefully wrapped all my furniture, even though I was just moving to the other side of the complex. They were efficient in loading and unloading the truck, and I paid much less than the estimate, since the time it took was less than anticipated.
I would use them again, and highly recommend them.

Highly highly recommend them. My move was pretty chaotic. I could have done many things to better prepare. I had a lot of boxes untaped ahead of time, stuff in drawers, my drier was still connected which caused some self induced stress and delays. Make sure to do that well in advance. We just ran out of prep time. Wife is pregnant and we did the best we could with all the things going on.

Despite all the chaos, the team of 4 friendly guys worked with me every step of the way .

I had a small row home packed with extremely heavy items and boxes. large heavy couches that had to be squeezed into tight openings with multiple efforts and angles. I signed a waiver hoping they could get it out by any means and they succeeded. Furniture was all wrapped tightly and compactly. Super professional and well done. Nothing broke, damaged, lost. Things placed in the new house as requested. Outstanding!

I was very impressed with the initial phone consult & detailed explanation of services, prepping for the move, competitive pricing & followup emails. Foreman Joe & team (3) did initial walkthru to identify items to be moved from each room & their condition & then wrapped each item in adhesive sheeting. Items included furniture, piano, Grandfather clock, & 150 lb safe. The movers were timely, efficient, professional, & respectful of property @ each home and completed under estimated time resulting in a refund. I highly recommend Eversafe Moving.

I had a team of three led by Fred help move from a second story apartment to a new house. The team was polite and surprisingly fast with disassembly and reassembly, which was included in the quote.

The estimator had mentioned that we may receive money off our quote depending on how long it took and they actually did shave off about $300!

I would definitely recommend EverSafe for any future small-mid sized moves.

I highly recommend this company. They were able to fit me into the schedule with only a week's notice. Joe and Ron showed up on time and prepared and they were awesome. I had furniture going to two different locations but it wasn't a problem at all. They finished the move in less time than I was quoted. The EverSafe moving team was great from start to finish, from the quote process through to checking that each item was in place exactly how we wanted it.
