  • The inventory list and move details you provide must be accurate
  • If an elevator is involved, it must be reserved solely for our use during the move
  • All items that can be boxed must be boxed, with boxes completely sealed
  • You must be ready for the move—keys available, building access confirmed
  • Any customer-caused delays void the guarantee

Note that packing estimates are not covered under the Price Lock Guarantee. If your inventory or move variables change after your estimate, contact us to update your quote.
