Overnight Fee
When you have multiple settlements scheduled on the same day as your move, the best strategy is to pick your items up the day before settlement, and then drop your items off after the settlement process the following day.

The Storage Loading Cost is equal to one months storage. This is charged when your belongings enter our warehouse, and then again when exiting. The Storage Loading Cost is the labor charge to load your items into/out of storage vaults.
